Strain is the third studio album by Flesh Field. The record was released on November 8, 2004, via Metropolis Records. It marked the project’s first release on Metropolis, and delivered listeners with 12 expansive tracks. Strain delivers pounding, complex rhythms that traverse breakbeat, drum and bass, and driving four-on-the-floor patterns, all layered with aggressive electronics and guitar. Vocalist Wendy Yanko joins Ian on providing vocal duties.
